Saint-Louis : un étudiant tue son père en lui fracassant la tête avec une bouteille de gaz
Le commerçant A. B., 65 ans, est mort dans des conditions atroces. Il a succombé après avoir reçu à la tête une bonbonne de gaz pleine. Les membres de sa famille, qui se sont précipités dans la véranda après avoir entendu un bruit assourdissant, l’ont trouvé inerte baignant dans une mare de sang.
L’auteur présumé du crime ? Le fils de la victime, C. B. Un étudiant en langue arabe.
D’après L’Observateur, qui révèle cette affaire, les faits se sont déroulés jeudi dernier, vers 15 heures, au village de Peul Dios, dans la commune de Diama, à Saint-Louis. L’incident est survenu alors que famille s’apprêtait à prendre le déjeuner. Personne ne connaît les raisons qui ont poussé le suspect à commettre son acte.
Le journal rapporte qu’après avoir fracassé la tête de son père, C. B. s’est dirigé dans la forêt du village. Il a été rattrapé par les gendarmes «à l’issue d’une longue course-poursuite», relève la même source. «L’auteur présumé du parricide a accepté de répondre aux questions des gendarmes-enquêteurs (sans indiquer) les raisons qui l’ont poussé à attenter à la vie de son père», souligne le quotidien du Groupe futurs médias.
C. B. a été déféré au parquet de Saint-Louis, lundi dernier. L’Observateur informe qu’il a été par le passé condamné à trois mois ferme pour Coups et blessures volontaires. Il avait assommé son frère avec une brique.
Son père a été inhumé samedi à Peul Dios.
