Report Présidentielle et amnistie : Le Collectif des familles des « détenus politiques » dit non
L’annonce sur l’amnistie des détenus politiques a fait réagir le collectif qui regroupe leurs familles. Sur Rfm, ce collectif exprime son désaccord sur le prolongement du mandat du président Macky Sall. «Le prolongement du mandat de Macky est égal au prolongement de la durée carcérale des détenus politiques », soutient Mouhamed Djim, membre du Collectif des familles des détenus.
Au sujet de l’amnistie, il reste catégorique : c’est niet ! « Nous n’accepterons pas que ces détenus puissent servir de monnaie d’échange. J’ai reçu l’appel d’Annibal Djim, d’Ousmane Sarr, de Bayna Guèye, de Tom et de Ben Taleb Sow. Tous disent que l’amnistie dont Macky Sall est en train de parler à travers les médias, c’est pour lui ; ce n’est pas pour eux. Ces détenus politiques demandent un jugement et non une amnistie, car ils n’ont rien fait », a-t-il affirmé.
Poursuivant, le porte-parole du Collectif des familles des détenus politiques a justifié son point de vue et a plaidé pour l’indemnisation de longues détentions. « Je dis non à l’amnistie des détenus politiques parce que le président ne peut pas commettre des crimes humains, tuer des enfants innocents et venir aujourd’hui parler d’amnistie. Et la mémoire de ces gens-là ? Et la souffrance des parents qui attendent aujourd’hui que justice soit faite ? Ça ne doit pas s’arrêter là parce que les détenus qui ont fait une longue durée carcérale doivent être indemnisés. Nous n’accepterons pas une simple libération et on oublie ».
