Budget 2024 : 561 milliards F CFA pour le département de Mansour Faye
(AE) et à 283 202 713 325 FCFA en crédits de paiement (CP).
t. Il faut noter que les dépenses de personnel sont arrêtées en 444 031 000 FCFA en autorisation d’engagement et en crédit de paiement. S’agissant de l’acquisition de biens et services il est retenu 354 772 736 FCFA en autorisation d’engagement et en crédit de paiement.
Le ministre a fait le point concernant l’exécution de ses crédits de 111%. Ce dépassement est le produit des virements de crédits dont il a bénéficié en cours de gestion. Il a souligné en outre que, « les prévisions pour les dépenses de personnel en 2024 sont de 1,8 Milliard de FCFA. L’écart entre ce montant et celui de 1,275 milliard de FCFA est lié aux mesures d’ajustement catégorielles et d’avancement des agents du Ministère et de l’incidence financière de 16 nouveaux recrutements au niveau du Ministère. Enfin, il a rappelé qu’il n’existe pas de baisse des crédits du Programme Développement, gestion et entretien des infrastructures routières. Au contraire, dira-t-il, il est plutôt noté une augmentation des crédits de paiement à hauteur de 11,451 Milliards soit 6,3% en valeur relative.
